SMS consent

Opt in to FirstCue dispatch text alerts

This page is where a business owner or authorized staff member gives written consent for FirstCue to send operational SMS alerts to the mobile number they provide.

How SMS opt-in works:
  1. The customer visits this FirstCue SMS consent page.
  2. The customer enters their business name, contact name, email address, and mobile number.
  3. The customer checks the SMS consent box below before submitting the form.
  4. FirstCue stores the submitted consent record and only sends operational service alerts to opted-in recipients.

FirstCue text messages are service notifications only: new-call alerts, job details, live-transfer notices, callback notices, onboarding alerts, and account-service updates. FirstCue does not send marketing SMS from this campaign.

SMS consent is optional and not a condition of purchase. You can also receive alerts by email only. Questions: support@firstcue.ai.
